New Delhi: Altaf Shaikh, the real name of Pune-based rapper MC Stan, rose to prominence after appearing on Salman Khan’s highly contested reality show Bigg Boss 16. He took home the trophy and a cash prize of Rs 31 lakh after defeating popular TV actors and many others. But it did not end there. The rap artist, who has basked in success and fame, has remained in the news for his accomplishments and more.
Rumors have it that the rapper is about to enter the Hindi movie industry. If that isn’t exciting enough, wait until we tell you more about this. According to reports, Stan has been contacted by the producers of superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s highly anticipated action film Jawan.
It is currently unknown whether they intend to bring him on board for a track or a special cameo.
Following the success of Pathaan, SRK is set to deliver another action movie. Jawan is directed by noted Tamil filmmaker Atlee and stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupati. According to media stories, Deepika Padukone will appear in a cameo. In the meantime, the creators contacted superstar Allu Arjun for a special role. However, he turned it down due to his hectic schedule.
As of now, he is skilling himself to begin preparing for Pushpa: The Rule which is the follow-up to yesteryear’s big box office Pushpa: The Rise. Over the next few weeks, he will proceed with his intensive training solely to concentrate on his protagonist.
