New Delhi: Nagarjuna’s super hit reality show Bigg Boss Telugu 7 saw yet another elimination when Gundamma Katha fame Pooja Murthy got evicted from the BB house in the latest nominations.
The actress made a wild card entry in the Nagarjuna-hosted show in the 5th week but was voted out by the audiences after spending just two weeks inside the house.

However, despite her short-lived stay in the show, Pooja managed to earn Rs 3 lakh 60 thousand rupees as her per week remuneration was Rs 1 Lakh 80 thousand Rupees.
Following her surprise eviction from the show, the actress made a number of unexpected revelations about her fellow contestants as well as the Bigg Boss itself.

While speaking in an interview with Star Maa, Pooja said that her motive behind entering the BB house was only to help and guide the contestants about their game.
The actress even tore pictures of some contestants who dominated her during her time inside the Bigg Boss house and blamed them for her early exit from the show. However, she later said that she is happy and relieved that she is finally away from them and out of the Bigg Boss’ house.
Bigg Boss Telugu 7’s record-breaking TRP rating
One of the most popular reality shows in India, Bigg Boss Telugu 7, began with a bang on September 3 with superstar Nagarjuna stepping in as its host once again. While 14 celebrity contestants walked inside the Bigg Boss house initially, all the male contestants managed to survive by its 8th week, and 7 female inmates got eliminated from the show.
Despite this, the show’s buzz among the fans is so high that it received a record-shattering 3 crore viewership during its launch event and 5.1 crore in its inaugural week. Later, Bigg Boss Telugu 7’s telecast partner Star Maa also revealed that the show currently has an impressive 18.1 TRP rating.
No women allowed in the BB house?
Although Big Boss Telugu 7 has been so far successful in entertaining the fans and keeping them glued to their screens, it has also made it to history by becoming the first-ever season of Bigg Boss where 7 female contestants have faced consecutive eviction with all male contestants remaining safe.
So far, 6 female contestants Kiran Rathod, Shakeela, Damini Bhatla, Subhashree Rayaguru, Nayani Pawai, and Pooja Murthy have been voted out of the show.
