Birthmark OTT Release Date: Birthmark is Vikram Shreedharan’s latest film to grace the big screens. Starring Mirnaa Menon and Shabeer Kallarakkal in pivotal roles, the Tamil thriller arrived in cinemas amid massive expectations in February 2024 but failed to do anything remarkable at the Box Office. It ended its theatrical run with disappointing collections and is now all set to debut on an OTT platform.
When and where to watch Birthmark on OTT in Telugu?
After buying the Mirnaa starrer flicker’s digital rights at a negligible price, Aha Video is all set to roll out Birthmark for the audience by this weekend.
Official sources have unveiled that the movie will start streaming on the South Indian streaming platform in Telugu from August 8th, 2024, allowing fans to watch it from the comfort of their homes.
Birthmark Plot
Birthmark, written by Vikram Shreedharan and Sriram Sivaraman, is a hard-hitting thriller drama that narrates the tale of Daniel, an Army Lieutenant suffering from PTSD (Shabeer Kallarakkal), and his wife Jennifer (Mirnaa Menon) who is in the sixth month of her pregnancy.
To get their child delivered naturally, the couple goes to a natural birthing village in Kerela which still follows the traditional midwifery birthing model. However, despite being blessed with a healthy baby in the village, the two leave the area with a feeling of unease and their gut tells them that something is not right.

Cast and Production
Besides Mirnaa and Shabeer, Birthmark also stars several other skilled actors like Kavitha Suresh, Porkodi Senthil, Deepthie Orientelu, Indirajith, and P. R. Varalakshmi in key roles. Vikram Shreedharan and Sriram Sivaraman have produced the film under Sapiens Entertainment’s production banner.
