Black Doves Season 1 OTT Release Date: Joe Barton’s upcoming British thriller web series Black Doves features Keira Knightley and Ben Winshaw amongst others in its main cast.
On December 5, 2024, the first season of the six-episodic spy entertainer will premiere online on Netflix, allowing fans to watch it right from the comfort of their homes. Plot of the Series
Helen, an undercover spy, poses as the lady lover of an influential politician & manages to win over his trust in no time. After that, she starts living with him while quietly providing confidential details about the guy to Black Doves, a shadowy organization.
One day, things change drastically for Helen when she learns that her boyfriend Jason has been killed ruthlessly by someone associated with London’s unforgiving underworld. This news sets her spymaster from Black Doves on high alert & they anticipate she could be the next target of Jason’s murder. To save the lady from the same, the organization recruits Sam, her old friend, to ensure she stays protected from the wrath of the murderer. Will Sam manage to save Helen from the evil clutches of London’s underworld? Watch the web series to find out the answers.
Cast and Production
In its star cast, Black Doves Season 1 features Ben Whishaw, Keira Knightley, Sarah Lancashire, Omari Douglas, Andrew Buchan, Andrew Koji, Kathryn Hunter, Sam Troughton, and Ella Lily Hyland essaying pivotal roles. Harry Munday has bankrolled the action-packed series under the banner of Noisy Bear and Sister Pictures.
