New Delhi: The eldest member of BTS – Jin will shortly be discharged from the military after fulfilling his required duties. The agency BIGHIT has released an announcement in anticipation of Jin’s homecoming, which the ARMYs are eagerly awaiting.
There is a lot of excitement in the K-pop community right now over the idol’s comeback. It has been 18 months since Jin departed for his military service, which he began in December 2022. While his other members continue to fulfil their terms, he becomes the first to be dismissed from the military.
Despite everyone’s current military duties, the members will reportedly get back together to celebrate Jin’s homecoming. Every member has already requested time off. As a result of security concerns, the band members will privately celebrate Jin’s return to Seoul after his military service.

Jin’s Discharge Announcement
There will be no fan gatherings or special activities scheduled on the day of Jin’s release, according to the statement, which confirmed his discharge from military duty.
BIGHIT MUSIC announced on June 11, 2024, about Jin’s impending release from the military, posting a note on the fan community app Weverse. They additionally requested fans not to visit on the day of the discharge since the platform is exclusively for military people. The announcement said,
“Hello.
This is BIGHIT MUSIC.
We are excited to bring you the news of Jin’s upcoming military discharge.
Jin is close to completing his active service in the army and will soon be discharged.
Please note that the discharge day is reserved for military personnel only. No special events are planned on the day of Jin’s discharge. To prevent any issues arising from overcrowding, fans are strongly advised to refrain from visiting the site. Please convey your warm regards and encouragement in your hearts.
We are always grateful for your unwavering love and support for Jin. Our company will continue to put our utmost effort into supporting our artists.

Events Planned with Jin
To celebrate the K-pop group’s eleventh anniversary, BTS, Jin will make an appearance at the 2024 FESTA party on June 13, 2024.

Following his release from the military on June 12, 2024, Jin will begin his BTS FESTA 2024 schedule of events, which includes a special fan hug meeting with 1000 lucky ARMYs and other in-person gatherings. Additionally, ARMY members can see him present a special showcase live on Weverse.
