C.H.U.E.C.O. Season 2 OTT Release Date: Get ready to watch this Darío Barassi starrer Spanish family comedy series

New Delhi: Fans of the comedy series C.H.U.E.C.O. have been waiting patiently for the release of season two, and now that time has arrived. In the Spanish comedy-drama C.H.U.E.C.O., Juan Gastozzi, a widower, and father of three, finds himself in a precarious financial situation, after receiving an unexpected windfall from his uncle. As a stipulation of the inheritance, the widower and his family are obligated to care after Chueco, a talking chimpanzee.

According to Disney, C.H.U.E.C.O. will return for a second season on May 14 on their OTT streaming platform throughout the globe.

Plot

The show follows Juan Gustozzi, a widower father, and his three children, as well as Amanda, who takes on several roles in the household, including those of mother, chef, and housekeeper. When Juan’s uncle died, the family acquired wealth that saved them from certain disasters. However, there’s a condition – the funds are reliant upon them treating the adult chimpanzee Chueco like a member of the family.

Everyone is thrilled about getting a pet monkey, but then they find out Chueco is hiding a significant secret – the ape can speak. Since this mischievous chimpanzee puts everyone in trouble, the family will need to work together to protect Chueco’s secret.

Throughout C.H.U.E.C.O., Juan and his family figure out how to keep Chueco’s talking ability a secret from everyone else while taking care of the chimpanzee. The family is always on the brink of turmoil because Chueco won’t keep silent.

Beginning May 14, 2024, viewers will be able to watch every episode of C.H.U.E.C.O. Season 2 on Disney Plus Hotstar.
