New Delhi: The Cannes Film Festival kicked off this year with an unforgettable bang, as actor Esha Gupta, star of the film Jannat 2, made her red carpet debut. Esha attended the official opening ceremony and the screening of the opening movie, Jeanne Du Barry, which is Johnny Depp’s return picture, as part of the Indian government delegation. Esha wore a flowing white gown with a thigh-high split as she walked the red carpet. Nicolas Jebran’s gown was adorned with an OTT collar and beautiful lace flowers on the neck.

India is now on a worldwide stage in the realm of movies, and it is a privilege to represent my nation and show the world its distinct voice and vision in cinema. Walking the red carpet at Cannes is a dream come true.”
