New Delhi: On the occasion of Dhanush’s 40th birthday, the actor has treated his fans with the teaser of Captain Miller. The movie has already created hype among Dhanush’s fans. The action drama is written and helmed by Arun Matheswaran who has also directed the film ‘Rocky and Saani Kaayidham’. The film revolves around an action-filled periodic drama of the pre-independence era. The makers of the film released the teaser at midnight, on 28 July 2023 on the occasion of Dhanush’s 40th birthday.
Prior to this, Dhanush treated his fans by sharing his look on Instagram from his upcoming movie ‘Captain Miller’ and now the teaser of the film is out too. The teaser shows Dhanush in a rugged look with a lot of action and entertainment. The one-minute and thirty-three-second teaser start with a wanted poster of a person named Miller aka Eesa ( played by Dhanush) and a handsome amount of reward was to be given to the one who finds him. Moving forward in the teaser we see a lot of action and Dhansh fighting with foes in a fierce avatar. Here is the trailer:
About the Film
Captain Miller is a periodic drama made in the backdrop of the 1930s. The film has an ensemble cast featuring Dhanush, Shiva Rajkumar, Priyanka Mohan , Nivedhithaa Sathish, John Kokken and Moor in the key role.Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar has assigned top play the role of Dhanush’s elder brother in the film. The film is backed by Sathya Jyothi Films and G Prakash Kumar has composed the songs for the film. Dhanush will be playing three roles in the film as per the director Arun Matheswaran and is set to hit the theaters on 15 December 2023.
