Chaalchitro: The Frame Fatale OTT Release Date: Tota Roy Chowdhury and Shantanu Maheshwa starrer crime thriller flick Chaalchitro: The Frame Fatale received an overwhelming reception from the fans during its theatrical run.

Released on the big screens last year on December 20th, 2025, the movie emerged as a massive success for its makers,  garnering appreciation from both critics and fans. Now, the Bengali entertainer is also arriving to entertain the audiences on a renowned digital platform where it will test its luck with the OTTians in the days to come.

Plot of the Movie

The story of Chaalchitro: The Frame Fatale revolves around the police investigation of series of a bizarre murders in which the killers put the victims’s bodies in a way that resembles traditional Chaalchitro art. What happens next & how a chain of disturbing & dark truths are unearthed during the investigation is unveiled in the movie.

Cast and Production 

Tota Roy Chowdhury and Shantanu Maheshwa play the leads in Chaalchitro: The Frame Fatale with others including Indrajeet Bose, Raima Sen, Priya Banerjee, Bratya Basu, Tanika Basu, Swastika Dutta, and Akshay Kapoor supporting them by essaying the roles of other key side characters.

Firdausul Hasan and Prabal Halder have produced the mystery thriller with Friends Communication backing it under their banner.
