Comedian Bharti Singh shares first pic of her son; Calls him ‘Lifeline’

New Delhi: The new mother, Bharti Singh shared the first glimpse of her baby boy. Earlier this month, Bharti and her husband, Haarsh Limbachiyaa welcomed their first baby together. On April 25, the laughter queen took to Instagram to share the first glimpse of her child.

The picture showed Bharti holding her baby boy close to her. She didn’t reveal the face of the child. Bharti wore a pink outfit and kept her eyes closed. The comedian is seen smiling as she rests her head against her son. The baby was wrapped in printed white cloth.

Sharing the picture, Bharti wrote, “Life line (red heart emojis).” Several celebrities flooded the comment section with blessings for the two. Neha Bhasin wrote, “God bless.” Gauahar Khan commented, “Sooooo happy for you! May God bless your family.” Nisha Rawal said, “Awwwww! Dear Bharti, many blessings to u and the little one.”

While Mahhi Vij’s comment read, “Putt.” Kashmera Shah commented, “God bless.” Anita Hassanandani, Surbhi Jyoti, Meera Deosthale, and Yuvvika Chaudhary dropped red heart emojis.

Bharti announced her motherhood and welcomed her baby boy by posting a picture of her shoot, captioning, “It’s a BOY.” Several celebrities sent across congratulatory wishes with filmmaker Karan Johar writing, “Badhai (Congratulations),” followed by heart emojis.

Meanwhile, Bharti returned to work less than two weeks after her delivery.  Bharti and Haarsh are the hosts of Hunarbaaz (which ended recently) and The Khatra Khatra Show. Besides, Bharti was on maternity leave after welcoming her son.

Talking to BT she stated, “I had no intention of setting any record or benchmark by working till the last day of my pregnancy and reporting to work immediately. My doctor told me that no one knew and understood my body better than me and that I should listen to myself. People will give you a lot of advice, but it completely depends on what your body is comfortable with. That’s exactly what I kept in mind.”
