New Delhi: Young Cricketer Prithvi Shaw made his first public appearance with his girlfriend Nidhi Tapadia during the IIFA event. The couple was twining in black outfits. Prithvi was wearing a black shirt with a black half jacket and a black cap while Nidhi donned a black saree. The couple made the first public appearance together and pictures and videos of their appearance went viral. Both posed for paparazzi while walking the green carpet. Nidhi is an actor and a model by profession.

The star-studded night of IIFA witnessed various celebrities. This year actors Vicky Kaushal and Abhishek Bachchan are hosting the event. Shaw was seen arriving on the green carpet with his girlfriend Nidhi. The cricketer was seen in a very cool look, ditching the formals.
The couple made the headlines earlier this year when Shaw shared a picture of them on Valentine’s Day writing Happy Valentine’s Day wifey.
Shaw hails from Mumbai and plays for Delhi Capitals. He was in poor form initially due to which he was dropped from playing the match by the team management. Later on, Shaw made his comeback with a half-century against Punjab Kings. The Mumbai-born player hasn’t done much well for his team this year. He was able to score only 106 runs in eight matches of IPL this year, which clearly shows his poor performance and is a matter of concern. He also got the opportunity to play for the Indian T20 squad but here also he failed to build his momentum. Besides this, the cricketer has recently been in news for his off-field controversies. He made the headlines with a heated argument with influencer Sapna Gill.
