Netflix has acquired the digital rights to Keerthy Suresh and Nani’s period drama. Netflix India South confirmed the news via a tweet, adding that the film would be available in 4 languages; Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam.
Darara Plot
Dasara is a period film set in Singareni coal mines in Veerlapalli of Telangana. The town has another lifeline besides coal; Alcohal. The village’s Sarpanch is the prime authority that supervises over selling rights of liquor.
Dharani and Surya are two best friends who swear their life on one another. The duo becomes the target of village politicians over caste issues when the post of Sarpanch gets handed over to an evil young man.
Dharani and Surya’s friendship is put to a test when both fall for their female friend Vennela.
