David Warner creates his own version of ‘Pathaan’, fans ask for his Bollywood debut (WATCH)

Warner, who is known for his hilarious videos on social media and reels on Bollywood songs, once again won many hearts.

New Delhi: While Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathaan’ is breaking records at the box office, cricketer David Warner took this opportunity to share his own version of the song ‘Besharam Rang’ and Pathaan’ trailer. The batter juxtaposed his own face with SRK and edited a few shots from the film’s trailer and song. Warner, who is known for his hilarious videos on social media and reels on Bollywood songs, once again won many hearts.

In the video, David Warner can be seen in place of Shah Rukh posing with the abs and doing the action sequences.

The video shared by the Australian batter was appreciated by his fans and Indian seamer Khaleel Ahmed also shared his love in the comments. Meanwhile, travel expert Jason Fong wrote that Warner will get an Oscar nomination for his performance in the clip.

There were users who demanded the Indian government to give citizenship to Warner while some seek him to make his Bollywood debut.

SRK’s ‘Pathaan’ crossed the Rs 400 crore mark in its worldwide collection in four days while it earned Rs 282 crore at the domestic box office in five days. The film also stars Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Ashutosh Rana and Dimple Kapadia in major roles and has a cameo by Salman Khan as Tiger. Directed by Siddharth Anand, ‘Pathaan’ is gaining appreciation from all over the world and the audience is enjoying it as a mass entertainer.

On the work front, David Warner is playing for Sydney Thunder in the BBL. He recently said that he feels ‘exhausted’ after a long home season. Warner is set to travel to India for the Border- Gavaskar Trophy in the coming month.
