Dear Uma OTT Release: Pruthvi Ambaar and Sumaya Reddy’s latest movie, Dear Uma, was a huge disappointment for its makers. Helmed by Sai Rajesh Mahadev, the medical drama made its way to the big screens on April 18th, 2025, surrounded by decent fan frenzy and buzz around its release.

However,  the film failed to do justice to the audience despite offering a decent blend of drama and emotions in its intriguing storyline. Consequently, the Pruthvi starrer struggled to score big at the Box office before eventually ending its theatrical journey as a major commercial flop.

Now, in a bid to move on from its pathetic theatrical run, Dear Uma’s makers have decided to roll out the movie on the digital screens, where it will try its luck with the OTTians in the days ahead. Besides Pruthvi Ambaar and Sumaya Reddy, Dear Uma also features Kamal Kamaraju, Sapthagiri, and Ajay Ghosh in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Sumaya Reddy under the banner of Suma Chitra Arts.
