New Delhi: Fahadh Faasil’s much-awaited movie ‘Dhoomam’ was released in theaters on June 23. The film has many famous actors from Malayalam and Kannada film industry. However, the audience had different opinions about the movie. Some liked it, while others didn’t.

Amazon Prime Video has acquired the rights to stream the movie after it has been released in theaters. The original release date was August 4, 2023, but it was postponed. Fahadh Faasil, Aparna Balamurali, Anu Mohan, Vineeth, Roshan Mathew, Joy Mathew, and popular Kannada actor Achyuth Kumar portray the lead roles. Aparna Balamurali reunites with Fahadh after their previous collaboration in the acclaimed film ‘Maheshinte Prathikaaram’. The creative producers are Karthik Gowda and Vijay Subramaniam, with Renganaath Ravee handling sound design. Other key roles are played by Roshan Mathew, Achyuth Kumar, Vineeth, Joy Mathew, and Anu Mohan. The film showcases music by renowned Kannada composer Poornachandra Tejaswi and cinematography by Preeta Jayaraman.
