New Delhi: With every streaming company vying for the newest K-dramas starring A-list actors, the over-the-top rivalry is heating up. Starring Park Hyung Sik and Park Shin Hye, two of Korea’s most famous actors, Doctor Slump is one of the most talked-about upcoming Korean dramas, and its launch on Netflix is scheduled for next week.
Baek Sun Woo wrote and Oh Hyun Jong directed Doctor Slump, a romantic-comedy medical drama. It is one of the most anticipated 2024 Korean dramas since it reunites Park Hyung Sik and Park Shin Hye after The Heir (2013). This drama addresses professional hardships, personal development, and second chances, making it relatable to everyone.

Plot Synopsis
Yeo Jeong Woo attended the best medical school in the nation and was the undisputed academic victor during his school years. Jeong Woo has become well-known as a plastic surgeon. Even if everything is going smoothly for him, a strange medical event threatens to derail his life.
On the other side, the female lead Nam Ha Neul is an anaesthesiologist. Because of her exceptional brilliance, she was nicknamed a genius. Being a doctor is a result of her diligent study. For her, there is nothing except a job and school. She is so busy that she never gets to relax and enjoy life. When Ha Neul reaches a point in her life when she is unhappy, she decides she wants to alter something.
Afterwards, they cross paths at a low point in their lives. They console one another, and love develops between them.
