Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur’s ‘Sita Ramam’ to release in Hindi, check details here

The film written and directed by Hanu Raghavapudi will release in Hindi on September 2. Vyjayanthi Movies tweeted and made the announcement.

New Delhi: Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur’s film ‘Sita Ramam’ is set to release in Hindi after a successful run in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. The film written and directed by Hanu Raghavapudi will release in Hindi on September 2. Vyjayanthi Movies tweeted and made the announcement.

The film received a positive response from the audience. Dulquer Salmaan was appreciated for his acting as Ramam and people said that he justified the role. The movie follows an orphan soldier, Lieutenant Ram, whose life takes a turn after he gets a letter from a girl named Sita. They meet and love blossoms between them, however, when he comes back to his camp in Kashmir, he sends a letter to Sita which won’t reach her. The story is set from the early 1960s to the late 1980s.

Tweeting about the Hindi release, the producers wrote, “#SitaRamam to mesmerize in Hindi, Grand Release On Sep 2nd.” The announcement made the Hindi-speaking audience excited, while the Kannada speakers will still have to wait.

The romantic drama also stars Rashmika Mandanna in lead along with Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur. The film features Prakash Raj, Bhoomika Chawla, Murli Sharma, and Sachin Khedekar along with others in the cast. The music in the film is composed by Vishal Chandrashekhar who is known for his work in ‘Kaalidas’. The Telugu film is produced by C. Ashwini Dutt and Swapna Dutt, under the banners of Vyjayanthi Productions and Swapna Cinema. While the Hindi release is produced by Dr Jayantilal Gada’s PEN Studios.
