Dunki: Shah Rukh Khan-starrer flick gets U/A certificate by CBFC; runtime of the film revealed

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given its approval to the film Dunki one week before it is scheduled to be released in theatres throughout the globe on December 21.

New Delhi: Dunki, the highly awaited film starring Shah Rukh Khan and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, is about to be released, and the anticipation is growing faster than ever before. It seems SRK is well positioned to achieve a hat trick of success with this next film, after the success of his two previous blockbuster films, Pathaan and Jawan.

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given its approval to the film Dunki one week before it is scheduled to be released in theatres throughout the globe on December 21. After conducting a screening of the movie on December 15th, the censor board decided to grant it a U/A certificate.

Shah Rukh Khan’s legion of devoted followers has been waiting impatiently for the premiere of his new project. With the release date of Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki drawing nearer by the day, film industry analyst Girish Johar has spilled the beans on the film’s running length, revealing that it has been greenlit for 2 hours and 41 minutes with a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification.
