Exclusive: Netflix, Hotstar, and others have these amazing OTT releases in their kitty for March 9

The big-budget war drama about Vikings is back on the OTT giant with its fifth sequel, whose plot revolves around the various political and geographical circumstances of Saxon England

New Delhi: The month of March is proving to be a paradise for entertainment lovers, with star-studded, creative content making it to both- theatrical as well as the digital front.

In terms of over-the-top platforms, Ajay Devgan’s cop thriller ‘Rudra: The Edge of Darkness’ and popular crime drama  ‘Undekhi’ have already graced the OTT giants Hotstar and Sony Liv respectively on March 4.

Now one similar date of the month with multiple online releases is arriving soon, and here we’ve brought you a list for you to go through, and be ready for the March 9 big bash.

Films, web-series arriving on OTT, March 9: 

1. Swaanng

Platform: Hungama

The upcoming thriller series revolves around two sisters who are explored to a hidden secret about their small town, and how this leads their lives to unexpected dark circumstances. The show features TV actors Hiten Tejwani, Anushka Sen, Mansi Srivastava, Alan Kapoor and Anurag Sharma in the lead roles.

2. Anamika

Platform: MX Player

Actor Sunny Leone is marking her OTT debut with Vikram Bhatt directorial upcoming crime drama show ‘Anamika’. The series will feature Leone in a never before fierce avatar as a sharp action-packed secret agent. Apart from her, the show also stars Rahul Dev, Samir Soni, Sonnalli Seygall, Shehzad Shaikh, and Ayaz Khan in pivotal roles.


3. Week End Family

Platform: Disney+ Hotstar

The comedy show is a sneak peek into the life of a man who lives with his three daughters from his ex and spends all his weekends with them. But life takes a chaotic turn when he falls for a woman, and starts living with her under the same roof.


4. The Last Kingdom (Season 5)

Platform: Netflix
