New Delhi: Farzi, starring Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi, was recently launched on Amazon Prime Video. Since the show has received excellent feedback from viewers, a sequel has already been confirmed. According to the sources, directors Raj and DK are expected to start shooting Farzi 2 after they conclude Citadel and The Family Man 3. They will, nevertheless, begin working on the screenplay soon.

Raj and DK have a plan for how they want Season 2’s plot to unfold and will begin drafting the script soon. They are thrilled about Season 2 and intend to stage it on a grander scale. It will continue the story from where it left off in season one. For the time being, Raj and DK are focused on Citadel, that’s going to be backed by Manoj Bajpayee’s The Family Man 3, and then they will begin shooting Farzi 2.
Shahid Kapoor as a cunning guy, Sunny
Farzi is a high-voltage crime thriller starring Shahid Kapoor as Sunny, a cunning guy who wants to get rich by making phony money. When a fierce task force officer enters the battle and chooses to follow the crafty underdog, the tables are turned. Farzi is also Raj-DK and Shahid Kapoor’s debut project. In addition to Shahid and Vijay Sethupati, Raashii Khanna, Kay Kay Menon, Bhuvan Arora, Regina Cassandra, and Amol Palekar play important roles.
