The story of ‘Barzakh’ is entirely different from what viewers saw in ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’. It revolves around the life of an old man who is celebrating his wedding with the ghost of his love. The director of the show mentioned during an interview that he got the inspiration to start this show during COVID-19 when he lost his father and many others have lost their loved ones. He also wanted to explore something different with the actors Sanam Saeed and Fawad Khan. After giving them so much love in ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ the makers are hoping this too will be a hit too. The show will premiere on 19th July on Zindagi’s YouTube channel.
