New Delhi: Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has announced the release of his web series ‘Indian Police Force’ which will premiere on Jan 19, 2024. The series also features Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi in the lead roles. The cop-action drama will have 7 episodes and it will be aired on Amazon Prime Video. Actor Siddharth Malhotra is also making his debut on the OTT Platform with this series.
Siddharth Malhotra is playing the role of a cop named Vishal Malhotra in the series. Shweta Tiwari, Rituraj Singh, Mukesh Rishi and lalit Parimoo are also a part of the cast. Film-maker Rohit Shetty is currently busy in the production of Singham again which is scheduled to release in August 14, 2024.

The film has Ajay Devgan and Kareena Kapoor in the main cast.Rohit Shetty started his career with the film Golmaal in the year 2006 which became a hit. The film had Ajay Devgan and Arshad Warsi in the main lead. Then the Director again directed Golmaal Returns in the year 2008 and Golmaal 3 in the year 2010 which became a super hit film of the year
The director came back with Singham in the year 2011. Later on he directed Singham returns in the year 2014 and produced many successful films like Simmba, Sooryavanshi etc. His other successful movies include Bol Bachchan, and Chennai Express.
Rohit Shetty is also known for hosting the show Fear factor apart from directing. He started his career at the age of 17 as an Assistant Director in Ajay Devgan’s Phool aur kaante. He made his debut as a Director in the year 2003 with Ajay Devgan’s zameen before his achieved success with the comedy film Golmaal.
He also hosted the fifth season of the show Khatron ke Khiladi in the year 2014. He also played the judge of the Television show Comedy Circus.
