Fire OTT Release Date: Balaji Murugadoss shared the frame with Chandini Tamilarasan in a recently released Tamil movie titled Fire.

Directed and written by JSK Satish Kumar, the movie was released in theaters on February 14th, 2025 received an average reception from the cinemagoers but failed to do anything exceptional at the ticket windows.

However, the movie did manage to conclude its journey on the big screens with decent collections before making way to the OTT screens. About Fire

Inspired by the infamous Nagarcoil incident that unfolded back in 2020, Fire tells the tale of a man named Kasi who demanded money and blackmailed over a hundred women after secretly filming them in intimate moments without their permission. Later, after his arrest, the authorities found over 400 DVDs in Kasi’s possession, each one of which featured explicit clips of random women. Moreover, about 1900 objectionable pictures of several ladies were also recovered from his phone, which made the entire case even more serious and disturbing.

Cast and production

Fire, in its star-studded cast, features Balaji Murugadoss and Chandini Tamilarasan in leading roles. Moreover, several other actors like Rachitha Mahalakshmi, Sakshi Agarwal, Gayathri Shan, Anu Vignesh, Singampuli, Suresh Chakravarthi, JSK Satish Kumar, and T. Siva are also seen accompanying the leading duo by playing key side roles in the mystery thriller.   JSK Satish Kumar has backed the film’s production under the banner of his home production house, JSK Film Corporation.
