New Delhi: The Met Gala red carpet is a fashion extravaganza, bringing out the most notorious and eccentric side of fashion. Every year, celebrities attend the event in the most glamorous way and present their interpretation of the Met Gala theme. This year the theme was ‘In America: An Anthology of Fashion’ and the dress code was Gilded Glamour.

Every year, celebrities showcase their dresses in the most fashionable way whereas others simply ditch them. However, one thing that remains to be constant at the Met Gala is the heart dose of bizarre outfits. Either you can say bizarre or eccentric ensembles are the staple of the Met Gala. This year it was no different.

1. Bad Bunny

Rapper Bad Bunny attended Met Gala in a Burberry boiler suit ending with a skirt. The sack-like ensemble left the netizens in splits as they wondered what the inspiration behind it was. While some netizens connected it with Scooby-Doo, some others thought Inspector Gadget was his inspiration.

Model Winnie Harlow nailed it by wearing an interesting mini dress. The outfit had sans sleeves or straps and boasted an oversized 3-D floral-inspired motif. The metallic headgear that she wore added more to the eccentric vibe.
