Kaduva The Malayalam thriller is set in the late 90s, revolving around the life of a young high-range rubber planter from Mundakayam and his rivalry with an officer in the Kerala Police. The movie revolves around the realities of the life of a short man who has the desire to act in a film. The film stars Sudarshan Alleppey as the lead character. The film will release on First shows and Roots Video on August 4. 3. Aavasavyuham: The Arbit Documentation of an Amphibian Hunt The title of the film says it all. The film is written and directed by Krishand with writing contributions from Renoy Scaria Jose. The film stars Ajayaghosh, Seejith Babu and Seenath Babu. The sci-fi thriller will release on Sony Liv on August 4. 4. John Luther The movie revolves around the missing case of a teacher named Prakashan which is reported at the police station where John Luther works as a CI. As the investigation progresses, John meets with an accident in a scuffle while investigating another case. The film, directed by written and Abhijith Joseph, stars Jayasurya and Athmeeya Rajan in the lead. 'John Luther' will release on Manorama MAX on August 5. 5. 19 (1) (a) Starring Nithya Menen and Vijay Sethupati, '19 (1) (a)' features the mundane life of a woman running a photocopy shop who goes into a tailspin when a revolutionary writer leaves the manuscript of his unpublished novel with her. Written and directed by Indhu V.S., the thriller film is streaming on Disney+Hotstar from July 29 onwards.
