New releases in second week of March 2022:
1. Anamika
Platform: MX Player
Release Date: March 10
Actor Sunny Leone is all set to mark her second web series appearance with action drama ‘Anamika’, in collaboration with MX Player and ALT Balaji. Sunny will be seen portraying the character of an undercover agent in a never-before fierce avatar. Vikram Bhatt directorial series also features Sonnalli Seygall, Rahul Dev, Samir Soni, Shehzad Shaikh, and Ayaz Khan in pivotal roles.
2. Maaran
Platform: Disney+ Hotstar
Release Date: March 11
The project marks the third collaboration of actor Dhanush with an OTT platform after ‘Jagame Thandhiram’ and ‘Atrangi Re’. The plot of the film revolves around an investigative journalist who gets into trouble for publishing a news piece, exposing an admired politician. TG Thyagarajan directorial film features Malavika Mohanan as the female lead in the film.
3. Rowdy Boys

The Telugu language college romance drama revolves around the love story of two college students from different fields of courses, and how their story goes through gang wars between medical and engineering students, leading to several unexpected circumstances.
4. Super Sharanya

Release Date: March 11
Sharanya had to leave her small town in Kollenkode, and move to Thrissur to study engineering. The movie is an account of the hurdles and hardships she faces and how she learns to keep up with the circumstances.
5. The Adam Project
Platform: Netflix
Release Date: March 11
After accidentally landing in 2022, a time travel pilot teams up with an 11-year-old younger self in an effort to save the future. The science-fiction thriller features Ryan Reynolds, Mark Ruffalo, and Jennifer Garner in the lead roles.
