New Delhi: Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 is doing extremely well at the domestic box office and finally the film has entered the 400 crore club on its 12th day of release as per trade analyst Taran Adarsh. Directed by Anil Sharma, the film faced a little dip in its box office collection on Tuesday but finally touched the mark of 400 crore.

According to Sacnilk.com, the film minted Rs 11.50 crore on its day 12. The total earning for the second week of the film stands at Rs 284.63 crore. The film minted Rs 20.5 crore on its second Friday, Rs 31.07 crore on its second Saturday, Rs 38.8 crore on its second Sunday, and dropped to 13. 50 crore on the second Monday. The film was released on 11 August 2023 and grossed a total amount of Rs 400. 10 crore till now.

About the Gadar 2
The film features Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma in the lead roles. Gadar 2 is the sequel of the film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha set during the time of partition in 1947. In the film, Sunny essayed the role of truck driver Tara Singh whereas Ameesha played the role of Sakeena, a Pakistani girl. Gadar 2 is the follow-up story of Gadar 1 where Tara Singh crosses the border in order to rescue his son.
Recently, a special screening of Gadar 2 was organised by Indian High Commission in London in order to celebrate wave its cultural wing in the country. The screening was held at the Vue Cinema Leicester Square on Monday and Sunny Deol introduces the screening.
