Gadar 2 ‘First look’ out: Thrilled netizens make it top trend as movie coming this Independence Day

New Delhi: As the hit film prepares to premiere its sequel, 21 years following the original film’s debut, Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel reunite for Gadar 2.

Gadar 2’s appearance, poster, and release date were released on Republic Day by the film’s producers and cast. The movie, Gadar 2 is scheduled to release on August 11th, 2023. The sequel will also be helmed by the 2001 film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, director Anil Sharma.

Sunny Deol also used Twitter to let everyone know about this eagerly anticipated movie. This Independence Day, his star character Tara Singh, a cult favorite among Indian film lovers, is scheduled to make a comeback.

Zee Studios, known for tackling ground-breaking projects like The Kashmir Files, is the producer of Gadar 2. In the follow-up, Tara Singh, Sakeena, and Jeete will all be played by Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkasrh Sharma in their respective positions. In the movie, Luv Sinha, Simrat Kaur, Manish Wadhwa, and Gaurav Chopra all have prominent roles.

Tara Singh is preparing to reveal the first look of Gadar 2 on January 26, according to Utkarsh Sharma, another Twitter user who tweeted a clip from the first Gadar movie.
