New Delhi: The release date for Gadar 2 is slated for August 11, 2023. The film’s main characters are played by Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel. On August 1, certain theatres began accepting advance ticket orders for the film, and the initial response has been incredible. According to Sacnilk, the film has already made Rs 25 lakh from the sale of 10,000 tickets on its first day. According to Box Office India, major theatre chains in the country have not yet begun accepting reservations in advance.

Cinemas including Cinepolis, Moviemax, and Miraj are taking reservations in advance. On the first day, ticket sales were as follows: 1800 at Cinepeolis, 700 at Moviemax, and 500 at Miraj. Reports also indicate that the film has performed well in single-screen theatres. On its first day, the film sold out all 1,000 available tickets at a single theatre in Patiala, Punjab.
