New Delhi: Vidyadhar Kagita’s Telugu adventure thriller Gaami emerged as one of the most successful films of the year
Released in theaters back on March 8, 2024, the film, made with a small budget of Rs 2 crore, received showers of praise from the fans who welcomed it with packed theaters & made it a huge commercial hit at the ticket window.
By the end of its dreamy theatrical run, Gaami raked in a colossal sum of Rs 20 crore, becoming a blockbuster affair for the makers.
Now, days after the conclusion of its theatrical run, fans are waiting for the Vishvak Sen starrer to premiere on the OTT platform with bated breath & here’s the latest update about the same.
Gaami OTT Release Date
If the latest reports are to be believed, Gaami will make its digital debut by arriving on the leading digital portal Zee5 in the midst of this month.
While an official confirmation regarding the film’s digital release on Zee5 is yet to be made by the makers, it is being projected that the movie will become available on the OTT Platform on or around April 12, 2024.
However, it is important to mention that those who wish to see Gaami on OTT will be required to have a subscription to Zee5’s service.
Plot of Gaami
Helmed and written by Vidyadhar Kagita, Gaami follows the adventurous yet challenging journey of Shankar (Vishwak Sen), an Aghori who is suffering from a rare condition of anxiety & phobia called hophophobia.
How he embarks on an extremely risky journey to the Himalayas and finds a unique flower that can cure his condition and give him a new life is the main part of the movie.
