Plot

Set in the era of World War 2 era, Gyeongseong Creature Season 2’s plot unfolds in the year 1945, a time when the currently bustling city and vibrant city of Seoul (Formerly Gyeongseong) was occupation by the ruthless armed forces of the Empire of Japan.

Written by Kang Eun-kyung, the web series shows the horrors of WW2 from the perspective of Seoul’s civilians who were subjected to several unimaginable and inhumane atrocities by the Axis invaders. It also takes a fictional turn when a biological experiment conducted by the Japanese goes wrong and leads to the creation of a terrifying monster.
