1 Puthiya Niyamam
The film was released in 2016 and revolves around the story of a Rape Survivor and her struggles. Nayanthara played the lead role in the film along with superstar Mamootty, Sheelu Abraham and Roshan Mathews. The film also shows the dark side of drug abuse.
2 Kolamaavu Kokila
One of the most promising films of Nayanthara where she has played the role of woman who becomes a part of the drug mafia to look after her sick mother. This film is a perfect weekend watch.
3 Sri Rama Rajyam
The film is based on the story of Ramayana where Nayanthara played the role of Devi Sita after she was sent to the forest by Lord Ram giving birth to her sons Luv and Kush.
4 Maya
Nayanthara played the role of a Single Mother in this horror thriller. The film was released in 2015 and was highly appreciated by the audience for her strong performance. The movie also features Aari Arujunan, Azmath Khan and Uday Mahesh. Due to the huge success and popularity of the film, it was released in Kannada as Aake.
5 Aramm
