Insomnia OTT Release Date: The TV adaption for Sarah Pinborough’s 2022 novel Insomnia is now available online in India.
Starring Vicky McClure as the lead actor, the British web series debuted on the digital screens earlier this year by releasing on Paramount + on May 23rd, 2024. It is currently streaming on Sony Liv where Indian viewers can enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes.

Helmed by Börkur Sigthorsson, Insomnia sees a wealthy 39-year-old lady slowly but surely becoming a victim of Insomnia with each passing day. By the time her 40th birthday approaches, she has become heavily sleep deprived with the same taking a toll on her mental as well as physical well-being.
Terrified that her insomnia might make her lose her mental sanity before she knows it, the woman then decides to dig down deep into her family’s history to get a clue about her past and prevent the problem from increasing any further.
