New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Anirudh Ravichander, and others have arrived for the audio launch of Jawan at Sri Sai Ram Engineering College in Chennai.
Previously, Shah Rukh posted a poster on X and included a written message, “Pre-release event. Ready ah? Jawan is coming. Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai. Tomorrow, 3-7 pm. Vanakkam (Hello) Chennai, I am coming!!! All the Jawans – girls & boys at Sai Ram Engineering College be ready… I am excited to meet you all! Might even do some tha tha thaiya if asked. See you tomorrow 3 pm onwards.” Jawan is helmed by director Atlee. It will hit the theatres on September 7.

Atlee, the director, shared that Nayanthara was unable to attend the Jevent because of Onam. He said, “When I was working with director Shankar for Enthiran in Mumbai. I was told by my friend that we are shooting outside SRK’s house. He asked me to pose in front of the gate for a pic. After 13 years, the same gate opened and King Khan himself went, ‘Welcome Atlee sir’. So, it’s true. If you respect women in your life, good things will happen. Nayanthara couldn’t make it today because of Onam. She is still in Kerala.”
