New Delhi: After Prashanth Neel’s KGF series, ‘Kantara’ happens to be the second Kannada movie to emerge as a blockbuster on a pan India scale. The film has not just earned praises from big players in industry including actor Prabhas to Dhanush, but have also created a buzz in the Hindi belt, which eventually persuaded the makers to separtely release it in the language post its initial debut.

Directed by Rishabh Shetty, the action thriller was first released in theaters on 30 September 2022. It has done well at the box office. This is the reason that it has also been released in the Hindi language recently on nearly 1200 screens. It is expected that it will do well in the Hindi belt as well.
If you are waiting for it to arrive on OTT, than you might have to wait for a couple of weeks in order for the Hindi dubbed version to stream online. According to the report, the makers are in final talks with Amazon Prime Video to sell the movie rights, and if all goes well then this movie will be released on November 4. Reports further have it that Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan will also be streamed on Prime Video on the same day.
