After a successful year at the box office, with Bhool Bhulaiya 2, Freddy and now Shehzada on the way, Kartik Aaryan is all set to make a move into Shahid Kapoor’s sea-facing Juhu apartment along with his parents and sister. The house was a happy home to Shahid, Mira and their kids till September last year before they shifted to a new palatial duplex that overlooks the Bandra-Worli sea link apparently in an attempt to safeguard their children’s privacy.

Kartik has been house hunting with his mother for a while now and their search has finally come to an end. With a monthly rent of Rs. 7.5 Lakhs, this apartment is spread over an area of 3,681 sq ft on the ground floor and has two parking spaces in the basement compound. Reports suggest that the monthly rent will see a 7 percent escalation on a yearly basis. As per this calculation, Kartik will pay Rs. 8.02 lakh in 2024 and Rs. 8.58 lakh in 2025. Furthermore, a Hindustan Times report said that he paid Rs. 45 Lakh as a security deposit and the deal was signed between Mira and Kartik’s mother Mala Tiwari.

With a blockbuster in his pocket, Kartik is ready to take on the box office again with this new film Shehzada releasing February 10, 2023. Shehzada is extra special also because he is co-producing it. Apart from Shehzada the next in line is his role in Aashiqui 3 and Kabir Khan’s untitled film along with Satyaprem ki Katha. Bring in more luck with this new house, Kartik is all set to take on 2023 as well!
