Katamarayudu OTT Release: Watch Pawan Kalyan, Shruti Haasan starrer blockbuster Telugu actioner online  

New Delhi: Loaded with the star power of Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan, Kishore Kumar’s super-hit 2017 movie Katamarayudu is now streaming on OTT. The promising film is available for watching on SunNXT where it made its digital debut in April 2024.

SunNXT confirmed the news of Katamarayudu’s arrival on its platform with a social media post shared on Tuesday 23rd April 2024.

In its post, the OTT portal shared the intriguing trailer of the Shruti Haasan starrer movie & wrote, “Watch Katamarayudu now on SunNXT.”

With the entertaining movie now accessible to the viewers from the comfort of their homes, it will be interesting to see what kind of response it garners from the OTTians.

Katamarayudu Plot

Helmed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani, Katamarayudu is the story of Katamarayudu (Pawan Kalyan) who lives in a village called Oddaancham with his 4 brothers.

He runs businesses, enjoys life to the fullest, and often uses violence to teach his rivals a lesson and deliver instant justice. However, the only problem with Katamarayudu is that he not only stays away from women but entirely hates the concept of marriage & childbearing for him.

To change his thinking and make him fall in love again, Katamarayudu’s three brothers, who have already found their love of life, introduce him to an ace dancer Avantika hoping the two will fall in love.

Although Katamarayudu’s brother’s attempts make the duo like each other, a new problem emerges when they all learn that Avantika hates violence to the core & is strictly against any form of bloodshed.

This compels Katamarayudu to give up on his violent streak and become a peace-loving person. However, when Avantika’s family life comes at stake due to unexpected circumstances, life forces him to give up non-violence and he prepares himself to fight for justice once again.

Besides having Pawan Kalyan & Shruti Haasan as the leading pair, Katamarayudu sees talented actors including Ajay, Siva Balaji, Ajay, Pavitra Lokesh, and Ali amongst others in other crucial roles.

It was produced by Sharrath Marar and was released on big screens under the banner of North Star Entertainment on 24 March 2017.
