New Delhi: Popular Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has been announced as the newest brand ambassador for the Japanese apparel giant Uniqlo. The actress took to her Instagram account to share the exciting news, along with a series of promotional pictures and videos. Previously, Bollywood stars Kareena Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor also featured in an advertisement for Uniqlo.
In her Instagram post, Katrina Kaif expressed her enthusiasm about this collaboration with Uniqlo, describing the brand as one of her favorites due to its style, simplicity, and elegance. She wrote, “So Excited to be joining UNIQLO, one of my favorite clothing brands. Love the brand for its style, simplicity, and elegance.”

Regarding her partnership with Uniqlo, Katrina Kaif mentioned her personal fascination with Japanese culture and design aesthetics. She highlighted Uniqlo’s reputation for producing functional and innovative products, which she has admired over the years. Katrina Kaif is not new to brand ambassador roles, as she also represents Etihad Airways. She shared this news on her Instagram account on September 12, expressing her excitement about being part of a team that aims to create meaningful connections.
In terms of her acting career, Katrina Kaif was last seen in the movie “Phone Bhoot,” alongside Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. While the film didn’t achieve significant success, she has several exciting projects in the pipeline.
One of her upcoming films is Sriram Raghavan’s “Merry Christmas,” in which she stars alongside Vijay Sethupathi. Additionally, she is set to appear in “Tiger 3” alongside Salman Khan and “Jee Le Zaraa” alongside Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra.
However, “Jee Le Zaraa” has faced delays in commencing production due to scheduling conflicts with Priyanka Chopra’s availability amid the ongoing actors’ and screenwriters’ strike in Hollywood.
