New Delhi: Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor’s mother, recently made news for a cryptic post that many misinterpreted as a swipe at Katrina Kaif. The marital post quickly went viral, with many speculating it was an oblique jab at son Ranbir Kapoor’s ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif. Now, Katrina Kaif’s mother, Suzanne Turquotte, has tweeted a cryptic message that admirers believe is a dig at Neetu Kapoor.

Over the weekend, Neetu Kapoor said on Instagram, “Just because he dated you for 7 years, it doesn’t mean he will marry you. My uncle studied medicine for 6 years, now he is a DJ.”

Netizens began ruthlessly criticizing the veteran actress for what many felt was a jab at Katrina Kaif, who had been in a long-term romance with the Brahmastra actor. Suzanne Kaif, Katrina Kaif’s mother, has now posted a remark on Instagram that says,  “I was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO.”

Numerous admirers expressed their solidarity and support for Katrina’s mother in the comments area. Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif dated for several years before splitting up in 2016. Katrina was frequently spotted at Kapoor family functions and celebrations. Now, the actress is married to Vicky Kaushal, whereas Ranbir Kapoor married Alia Bhatt. Raha is Ranbir and Alia’s daughter.
