Khufiya trailer OUT: Tabu & Ali Fazal starring Spy-Thriller flick offers a slice of Love and Treachery

New Delhi: The trailer for Netflix’s upcoming spy thriller Khufiya was released today, on September 18, 2023. Tabu, Ali Fazal, and Wamiqa Gabbi feature in the Vishal Bhardwaj-directed film Khufiya, which is inspired by the true events and is based on the book ‘Escape to Nowhere’ by Amar Bhushan, the former head of the R&AW’s Counter Espionage Unit.

The trailer is full of fast-paced action and exciting sequences, and it gives the impression that the film will be gripping and suspenseful. The events of the movie, which takes place in 2004, focus on a mole who works at the RAW headquarters in New Delhi.

The video demonstrates both the great performance of the actors and the outstanding cinematography that will be included in the film.

According to the 2-minute and 40-second-long trailer, the film is ‘based on true events,’ and it follows Krishna Mehra (KM), an operative in an Indian espionage agency called R&AW, as she tries to identify a traitor within the agency. Tabu (KM) leads her squad to apprehend the mole while Ali Fazal’s character becomes the focus of suspicion as a mole and nation traitor. A tale of love, espionage, revenge, and treachery has been revealed in the film’s trailer.
