New Delhi: V.V Gopala Krishna’s latest Telugu action-movie Krishnamma is finally arriving to entertain the fans on OTT.

After witnessing a mediocre theatrical run on the big screens, the entertainer will now make its digital debut on Amazon Prime Video which already owns its digital rights.

Starring Satya Dev & Athira Raj in pivotal roles, Krishnamma is ready to stream on Prime Video from May 17th, 2024. This will allow all fans who missed watching the movie in theaters to enjoy it from the comfort of their homes.

However, the Telugu flick will only be only be available for those users who are having an active subscription to the OTT giant’s services.

Krishnamma Plot

Written and directed by V. V. Gopala Krishna, Krishnamma tells the tale of on orphan Bhadra (Played by Satyadev) and his two best friends Koti (Played by Laxman Meesala), and Siva (Played by Krishna).

Despite sharing a strong bond of friendship, the young guys are of pols apart mindset when it comes to morals & way of living. While Bhadra and Koti don’t mind earning a few extra bucks by secretly selling Ganja on the streets of Vijaywada, Shiva maintains a strict stance against such activity but never lets the moral differences adversely effect his relationship with his buddies. Amid this, Siva also falls in love with a local girl Meena (Athira Raj) & embarks on an exciting romantic journey in his life.

However, just when everything appears good for him & his friends, the young group’s fate takes a U-turn & they all find themselves in dire need of money. To earn the same, they sets off of on a risky mission which fails miserably & lands them behind the bars. What happens next & how the three friends handle the situation is what Krishnamma is all about.

Krishnamma, in its cast, sees Satya Dev, Athira Raj, Archana Iyer, Nanda Gopal, Laxman Meesala, and Krishna Burugula playing pivotal roles. It is produced by Krishna Kommalapati and was released  under the banner of Arunachala Creations on May 10,2024.
