New Delhi: Late Punjabi singer and rapper Sidhu Moose Wala’s last song is finally out! Moosewala’s new song SYL was released on his YouTube channel at 6 pm on Thursday, which turned out to be a massive hit as soon as it arrived online.

Moose Wala’s fans and music lovers, who have been waiting for the song to release for a month now, remembered the singer with moist eyes on the release of his last song.

The music video crossed the mark of 1 million within half an hour of its release, setting a record viewership mark.

On Wednesday, the information regarding the release of Moose Wala’s last song was shared on latter’s social media handle. Along with the poster of the music video, the caption read, “SYL Thursday at 6 pm only on Sidhu Moosewala Official YouTube Channel”.

About the song

Interestingly, the song was written by Sidhu on the issue of Sutlej Yamuna Link (SYL) canal, which is based on the rights of Punjab state over the river water and Sikh prisoners in the jails.

The song happens to be last un-released track created by the late singer. There have been controversies on many of his songs in past, yet this fans admires his creations.

For the unversed, Moose Wala was shot dead on May 29. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang had taken responsibility for the death of the singer, and the murder case is currently under investigation.
