LINEMAN OTT Release: The Tamil Village drama starring Raghu Shastry is all set to premiere on Aha Tamil on 22nd November. The Streaming platform shared the teaser of the film yesterday. Plot The story of the Tamil Village drama follows the life of a man who wants to meet the Chief Minister of the state as he is surrounded with a lot of problems in his life. The film also throws light on the life of Salt-Pan workers. The teaser also shows these workers struggle to live their lives by whatever sources they have and often provide comfort to each other in their hard times. In one of scenes, a man boards a train to reach an undisclosed location He is carrying a bag along with him and from the trailer it looks like he has arrived in New Delhi to meet some bureaucrat and as soon as he reaches, he is stopped by the security outside the gate. In the next scene, the man is seen running from pillar to post to make sure someone in the higher authority listens to his grievance but everytime he was humiliated by the concerned person. As the city is entirely new for him, his bag is also snatched by the local goons and he feels helpless. He has no roof in his head and has nothing to eat. The film is based on the true story of the Salt-Pan workers. How they were made to live in pathetic and miserable conditions. The teaser also shows a lot of intense visuals of violence and pain.
