New Delhi: SS Rajamouli is making a new movie about Dadasaheb Phalke, who is known as the father of Indian cinema. The movie is called Made In India and will be directed by Nitin Kakkar. It will be released in six different languages.

Dadasaheb Phalke’s Biopic

SS Rajamouli announced a new biopic film about the Father of Indian Cinema. He said the story moved him emotionally and it will be a challenge to make. The film will be called “Made in India” and produced by Varun Gupta and SS Karthikeya.

After the announcement, some people asked SS Rajamouli about his upcoming movie Mahabharat. They expressed their desire to see it soon. Some also questioned if the movie is actually a biopic of Dadasaheb Phalke, who is known as the ‘Father of Indian cinema’. A few suggested changing the name of the film to ‘Made In Bharat’.

The cast for SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film is still undecided. The director, Nitin Kakkar, has previously directed several films. This will be the first production venture of SS Karthikeya, who was a Line Producer in his father’s last hit, RRR. The film won big at the 95th Academy Awards and the Golden Globe Awards for Best Original Song. The composer, MM Keeravaani, and lyricist, Chandrabose, won the Oscars for their song “Naatu Naatu”, beating out competitors such as Taylor Swift and Rihanna.
