Mathu Vadalara 2 OTT Release: Sri Simha Koduri, Satya, and Faria Abdullah’s Telugu comedy Mathu Vadalara 2, kickstarted its theatrical journey on a decent note.
A sequel to the 2019 release runaway hit film Mathi Vadalara, the Ritesh Rana directorial released on the Big screens yesterday September 13 2024 & received positive reception from the cinephiles.
While the official Day 1 Box Office figures of the movie are not yet unveiled, the comedy entertainer, as estimated by Sacnik, has earned around Rs 2.15 crore from the ticket windows on its opening day.

Mathu Vadalara 2 OTT Deal & Tentative Release Date
According to the latest reports, Netflix has bagged the Mathu Vadalara 2’s streaming rights for a decent price. The streamer is now expected to drop the movie on its platform for the fans by the end of October 2024. However, no official confirmation about the same has been made by the makers. Meanwhile, the first part of Mathu Vadalara is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video and can be accessed with a basic subscription to the platform’s services.
Plot of the Fim
Continuing the tale from where it was left in the first part, Mathu Vadalara 2 sees Babu and Yesudas, the rookie delivery boys in the previous movie, now serving as special agents in the HE team headed by a lady cop named Nidhi.
As the film’s story progresses, the duo, still suffering from their urge to earn easy money, are seen getting themselves accused of committing a heinous crime which, if proved, would destroy their lives then and there.
What crime are Baby and Yesudas accused of? Will the duo manage to prove their innocence before it’s too late? Or they will suffer the consequences of a wrong they haven’t even done? Watch the movie to know the answers.

Mathu Vadalara 2 sees Simha and Satya reprising their roles from the first movie with Faria joining them as the leading lady in her fierce cop avatar. Additionally, besides this trio, the Telugu flick also stars Sunil, Vennela Kishore, Jhansi, Rohini, and Ajay essaying other side roles. It is bankrolled by Hemalatha Pedamallu Chiranjeevi and Pedamallu under the banners of Mythri Movie Makers and Clap Entertainment.
