Matka OTT Release Date: Varun Tej starrer Telugu movie Matka is coming soon to entertain the fans on the digital screens. Amazon Prime Video, as per the latest update, has bagged the flick’s OTT rights for a decent amount of price & is all set to roll it out for the audiences next month.

Though the makers are yet to drop the exact digital premiere date of the Karuna Kumar directorial, sources suggest that it will most probably become available for watching online on or after December 15th, 2024.

Matka Box Office Performance 

Loaded with a star-studded cast that boasts renowned actors like Varun Tej, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Nora Fatehi in key roles, Matka graced the theaters earlier this month on November 14th, 2024.

At the box office, the film received a mixed reception from the cinegoers who lauded Varun’s impactful performance but also came down heavy on the period drama’s weak & predictable storyline. Overall, the film emerged as a sorry affair at the ticket windows & concluded its theatrical run with lukewarm collections.

Meanwhile, speaking of Matka’s cast, the movie, besides the talented trio of Varun, Meenakshi & Nora, also sees other skilled actors like Kishore Kumar, Vijayrama Raju, Raj Thirandas, P. Ravi Shankar, Roopalakshmi Raj, Mime Gopi and Ajay Ghosh essaying key roles. It is produced by Vijender Reddy Teegala and Rajani Talluri under the banners of SRT Entertainment and Vyra Entertainment.
