New Delhi: In January of 2024, one of the most successful films of the year, Merry Christmas, directed by Sriram Raghavan, was released.
On January 12, 2024, the movie was released in theatres, and it is now finding its way to over-the-top platforms, two months after it was released in theatres. Plot
Albert returns home on Christmas Eve in the film Merry Christmas after being away for some time. Despite still reeling from his mother’s loss, he makes plans to attend the city’s Christmas Eve festivities. He forms a friendship with Maria, a mysterious and beautiful lady, and her small daughter, who is silent. As they take moonlit walks and have lengthy conversations, an unexpected but undeniable connection develops between Maria and Albert. Maria exemplifies the perfect Christmas gift, in Albert’s eyes. A love bond develops between Maria and Albert.
However, with a twist, there is a murder that takes place on Christmas night. An evening that was supposed to be lovely rapidly turned into a nightmare as the events took a frightening turn.

Fans have been eagerly anticipating the release of Merry Christmas on OTT platforms, and now the movie is finally going to be available on our digital screens. The film, which stars Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi, is scheduled to be released on Netflix on March 8, 2024.
