New Delhi: Nigerian action-comedy film Merry Men 3: Nemesis is the third instalment in the Merry Men series, which began with Merry Men: The Real Yoruba Demons in 2018 and continued with Merry Men 2: Another Mission in 2019. The film, which had its theatrical premiere on October 13, 2023, is now prepared to make its over-the-top debut.
Film Narrative
Four of Abuja’s most eligible men—Merry Men—were the protagonists of an action-comedy thriller that chronicled their activities as they ran successful businesses and commitments faster. But that isn’t where their focus lies. The four buddies in the film series steal from the powerful—either by luring women or men in positions of power—so that they may aid the needy.
The four-man team enjoys its violent charity arrangement so long as it allows them to continue their carefree life, which includes fast cars, penthouses, models, and bombshells. They have matured considerably and the Season 3 comes out, but they still secretly long for the carefree, adventurous spirit that their life as outlaws provided.
Dafe, the film’s new antagonist, plans to get even with the Merry Men after being abandoned in Russia on a mission. Aside from thinking the group was ineffective in its true mission, he actively seeks out corrupt leaders. When the Merry Men are accused of the murder of a renowned individual, they must quickly establish their innocence and fight foes while being marked as a target. This battle will be unlike any they have faced before.

Merry Men 3, which was produced by Darlington Abuda and directed by Moses Inwang, will be available to view on Netflix on January 18, 2024.
