Michael OTT release date: Ranjit Jeyakodi’s neo-noir action movie Michael was released in theaters on February 3rd, 2023. Starring Sundeep Kishan and Vijay Sethupathi in its leading cast, the film received a modest reception from the audiences, ultimately concluding its Box office run with a collection of Rs 11 crores. Currently, viewers can watch this movie online, provided that they reside outside the territory of India.

Plot of the Film

The story of Michael tells the tale of a man with the same name who emerges as a fierce gangster under the guardianship of Bombay’s acclaimed mafia boss Gurunath. While Gurunath has always trusted Michael and treated him right, the former’s wife and son have always had their doubts about the young guy.

One day, after Gurunath is attacked by his rival Rathan, Michael is sent on a mission to hunt down the attacker. However, upon reaching Rathan’s house, Michael falls in love with his daughter Theera and thus, spares the life of her and her father. This upsets Gurunath’s son and he vows to teach Michael a lesson.

What happens next and how Michael puts everything on the line to save Theera and himself from Gurunath’s son is unveiled in the latter half of the movie.

Cast and Production 

Starring Sundeep Kishan and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles, Michael features Divyansha Kaushik, Gautham Menon, and Varun Sandesh essaying pivotal side characters.

Bharath Chowdary and Pushkar Ram Mohan Rao have bankrolled the movie under the banner of Karan C Productions and Sree Venkateswara Cinemas.
