New Delhi: Director and creator Per-Olav Sorensen is responsible for Midsummer Night. As an additional writer, he has collaborated with Sofie Forsman, Tove Forsman, and Anna Fredrikke Bjerke on the script. The Oslo-filmed Norwegian drama limited series is shortly to be available on over-the-top streaming services.

Plot
That longest day of the year—midsummer—happens in the series. There will be a celebration to mark the return of spring, complete with a party, a large family gathering, and plenty of fun activities. Another significant event happening on this day is that Carina and Johannes will be sharing a huge secret with their loved ones, a secret that might be very consequential.
Life, love, marriage, relationships, betrayal, aspirations, ambitions, envy, and forgiveness are among the themes that will be explored in the series. Midsummer Night will delve into the hidden lives of long-lost friends and acquaintances as well. Even among our closest friends and family, we can never know them all, as this limited Norwegian series shows. With the disclosure of just one secret, they have the power to unite or divide families.
Viewers are likely to be enthralled by the show’s intriguing family drama idea, which includes subtle touches of humour, sinister secrets, and an eternal brunch.
When and Where to Watch?
Beginning on April 11, 2024, viewers will be able to watch Midsummer Night on Netflix. With a midsummer party as a background, it will explore the intricacies of relationships, marriage, love, treachery, and forgiveness.
